Fred Tillman
CEO
Fred Tillman is the Managing Member and the Chief Executive Officer of Century One, LLC, d/b/a, Century Express Carwash. As the long-time Owner and President of Century Management, LLC, located in Memphis, Tennessee, Fred brings over 60+ years of business experience to Century Express. He is responsible for the overall oversight of the business and is a great ambassador for the brand. He has called Germantown, Tennessee his home for over 35 years.
Leroy Ratliff
CCO
Leroy Ratliff is a Partner and the Chief Construction Officer of Century One, LLC, d/b/a, Century Express Carwash. He served most recently as a Minority Partner and the Director of Maintenance and Construction for Century Management, LLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Bringing 50+ years of business experiences to Century Express, Leroy is responsible for many facets of the business and drives the acquisition and construction of the car wash facilities. He currently resides in Collierville, Tennessee with his lovely wife Karen with whom he shares 3 successful children and 6 grandchildren.
Ned Little

Ned Little is a Partner and the Chief Business Officer of Century One, LLC, d/b/a Century Express Carwash. He received his BSBA from California Coast University while pursuing a career with Century Management, LLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. He served most recently as a Minority Partner and the Chief Financial Officer for Century Management. Ned has knowledge and expertise in most facets of business, having experienced a diverse portfolio of responsibilities over his 40+ year career. Ned is the father of three daughters and grandfather to two exceptionally talented granddaughters. He currently resides in Germantown, Tennessee.
Corey Ratliff
CFO
Corey Ratliff is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Century One, LLC, d/b/a Century Express Carwash. He received his BSBA from Ashworth College while pursuing a career with Century Management, LLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. He most previously served as the CFO for a wholesale pool distribution company. He also previously served as the Controller for Century Management. Corey has knowledge and expertise in most facets of business, having experienced a diverse portfolio of responsibilities over his 15+ year career.
Todd Tillman
COO
Todd Tillman is partner and Chief Operating Officer of Century One, LLC, d/b/a Century Express Carwash. He received his BBA from Mississippi State University with a focus in business management. Todd served most recently as general manager of a McDonald’s restaurant. During his time at McDonald’s, he received the Outstanding Manager award from McDonald’s Corporation. Being awarded this title recognized him as top 10% in the country. He has 7 years of experience in various levels of management, which makes him a valuable asset to the team. He currently resides with his wife, Mariel, in Germantown, TN.
